A 45-year-old Forestville woman is facing DWI and aggravated unlicensed operation after a crash on Route 39 in the town of Hanover Wednesday evening. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say that Cynthia Hahn was driving a vehicle that went into a ditch. Further investigation determined that Hahn was intoxicated and a record check showed she had her driving privileges in New York revoked because of a previous alcohol related offense, making it a felony charge. Hahn was arraigned and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of bail.
