Drug raids at two locations on Mayville-Sherman Road in the town of Chautauqua late Tuesday resulted in charges against two men. Members of the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force and the Chautauqua County Sheriff's SWAT Team executed search warrants at 5543 and 5545 Mayville-Sherman Road shortly after 4 pm. Once inside, investigators took 26-year-old Kyle Langer (pictured) into custody and seized a quantity of cocaine, LSD, packaged marijuana, growing marijuana, scales for weighing controlled substances and cash. Langer is is facing a variety of charges including, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree, two counts, criminal possession of a controlled substance 5th, criminal possession of marijuana 2nd, criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd and unlawfully growing marijuana. During the searches, investigators say that 31-year-old Derick Durbin of Sherman came to one of the residences and was found to have a quantity of marijuana. He was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
