A Silver Creek man is facing faces charges after he allegedly violated a valid order of protection that had been issued by Silver Creek Village Court. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say that they responded to a report of harassment at a residence in Silver Creek Sunday evening. Further investigation led to the arrest of 57-year-old David Sodaro who has been charged with criminal contempt 2nd , harassment 2nd and disorderly conduct. He was remanded to the County Jail on bail after being arraigned.
