Two graduates of Dunkirk High School are the first recipients of a new Jamestown Community College scholarship named after Dunkirk's current mayor. JCC announced Thursday that Melanie Morales and Isaiah Dipini are recipients of this year's Willie Rosas Leaders of Tomorrow Scholarship. Morales will study early childhood education at JCC, while Dipini will pursue a degree in nursing. The scholarship represents JCC's commitment to cultivating diversity, as well as investing in the community.
