A Fredonia man was uninjured, but arrested on several charges after crashing his truck into a utility pole this morning near Brocton. State Police tell WDOE News that 39-year-old Michael Rodgers was traveling on Webster Road just east of County Route 380 shortly after 2:30 AM, when the accident occurred. Rodgers was taken to Brooks Memorial Hospital for evaulation. After an investigation, he was charged with felony DWI, felony aggravated unlicensed operation, and several vehicle and traffic violations. Portland and Brocton Fire assisted at the scene.
