A Fredonia man is facing DWI and Aggravated DWI after he allegedly backed into a ditch on Newell Road in the town of Sheridan early Sunday morning. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say they arrested the driver, 34-year-old Ryan Holser, charging him with DWI, aggravated DWI with a blood alcohol content greater than .18 percent and for unsafe backing. Holster will answer the charges in Sheridan Town Court at a later date.
