A Collins man who has been charged in connection with the killing of a Gowanda man in the Town of Collins is now facing an additional charge from a domestic violence incident. Erie County Sheriff's deputies say 32-year-old Brandon White caused severe injuries to a female acquaintance's head and face in the incident, which occurred before the shooting death of 42-year-old Anthony Chipman on July 12th. White faces a charge of 3rd-degree assault from that incident. He has already been charged with 1st-degree manslaughter in Chipman's death.
