Stockton man accused of strangling and threatening to kill victim

A Stockton man is facing a slew of charges after he allegedly strangled an individual and threatened to kill the victim with a baseball bat. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say they were called to a residence on Bowers Road in the town of Stockton late last night where 46-year-old Donald Fiebelkorn is also accused of damaging the victim's property and unplugging all of the phones in the house to prevent the victim from calling 911. Fiebelkorn then fled the scene, taking the same individual's vehicle without permission. He was located by deputies a few hours later and was found to be operating the vehicle with a suspended license and in an intoxicated state. Fiebelkorn was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail without bail.
