Dunkirk Mayor Willie Rosas has announced that Dunkirk's beaches at Point Gratiot and Wright Park are open for the summer season, starting today. Hours of operation are 12:00-7:00 PM every day, and all guidelines as required by New York State must be followed. Beachgoers will be required to practice social distancing and limited social gatherings, and the use of acceptable face coverings needs to be followed.
