A Jamestown man is facing a charge of 4th-degree criminal mischief following an incident Sunday morning at the Chautauqua County Jail. The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office reports that 35-year-old Shaun Clutter, who was being held at the jail on unrelated charges, allegedly damaged his jail-issued tablet shortly after 8:15 AM, rendering it inoperable. Clutter was held for centralized arraignment on the new charge.
