A Jamestown woman will spend seven years in state prison following her conviction on two Class B felony charges that resulted from an investigation into methamphetamine trafficking. Chautauqua County District Attorney Jason Schmidt says 48-year-old Lisa Tibbetts was also sentenced Monday to two years post-release supervision for two counts of 3rd-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. The charges stemmed from an investigation by the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force and the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force. The Jamestown Police Department and the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office worked on the case.
