Wells Donates Over 2,000 Frozen Novelties to Local Schools, Hospitals in June

The month of June has been a busy one for a major local company. Wells Enterprises has made numerous stops at schools and hospitals across Chautauqua County, donating more than 2,100 of its frozen novelties like Bomb Pops, Blue Bunny Twist cones, and Blue Bunny Sandwiches. Shown here is a group of students from Fredonia Elementary School who were treated to some of Wells' sweet treats. The Wells team also visited Dunkirk's four elementary schools and Intermediate School, Northern Chautauqua Catholic School, Brooks Memorial Hospital, Westfield Memorial Hospital, Special Olympics, and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Wells HR business partner Brian Ardillo says, "We all scream for ice cream, especially during the summer and when it's part of end of the school year celebrations. Donations like these are part of Wells' ongoing commitment to supporting Dunkirk and the surrounding community."
