A Falconer woman has been charged with assault following an investigation into an alleged domestic incident in the Town of Ellicott on Tuesday. Ellicott Town Police say they were called to the scene and determined that 51-year-old Tammi Howard had struck the unidentified victim, injuring them. There was no word on the extent of injury. Howard was charged with 3rd-degree assault, then was arraigned in Ellicott Town Court and released with an appearance ticket for a later date.
