The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office has charged a man from Warren, Pennsylvania following an investigation into a missing juvenile. Deputies say 65-year-old Gregg Johnson was arrested shortly after 3:00 AM last Sunday at the rest stop on I-86 westbound in the Town of Randolph. Johnson was charged with 1st-degree unlawfully dealing with a child and 2nd-degree endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person. He was issued an appearance ticket for the misdemeanor counts and will appear in Randolph Town Court at a later date.
