A man is facing charges from the Jamestown Police Department after he allegedly stole an e-bike, then inappropriately touched a female police officer while he was being processed at the Jamestown City Jail. Officers responded to a larceny complaint at an address on the city's south side shortly after 3:45 PM Sunday and determined that 34-year-old Tony Mosley allegedly committed the theft. He was transported to the jail and charged with petit larceny. Police add that more than 2 1/2 hours later, they were trying to collect Mosley's property at the jail when he allegedly touched a female officer's intimate parts.
