

An investigation into narcotics activity in the City of Jamestown resulted in the arrest of the Buffalo man for drug possession. Narcotics investigators from the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office and narcotics detectives from the Jamestown Police Department executed a search warrant on Thursday at 312 E 6th St. on Thursday. Located inside the residence at the time of the search was 32-year-old Laquil Hilson. As a result of the search, investigators seized 31.4 grams of methamphetamine, 23.4 grams of crack cocaine, 11.9 grams of fentanyl and $2364.00 US Currency. Hilson was charged with three counts of 3rd-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and one count of 4th-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. Hilson was transported to the Jamestown Police Department to be arraigned in the City of Jamestown Court.
