A Falconer man is facing charges stemming from a domestic dispute. Ellicott Town Police say 58-year-old Joseph Ferino was arrested on August 3rd on allegations that he fought with the victim and damaged the victim's property. Ferino was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child and a felony count of 3rd-degree criminal mischief. He is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court at a later date.
