An eviction warrant executed Thursday morning a residence in the Town of Gerry has led to charges against two Sinclairville residents. The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office Civil Division executed the warrant at 3109 Old Chautauqua Road at about 9:00 AM and discovered conditions leading to allegations against 33-year-old Tiffiny Borkowski and 41-year-old Stephen Traver. The two are accused of acting in a manner likely to injure the physical, mental, or moral welfare of a child. Borkowski and Traver were each issued appearance tickets for four counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Both are scheduled to answer the charges Gerry Town Court at a later date.
