
Jamestown Police arrested a Pennsylvania woman after she allegedly attempted to damage the windows of a downtown business and assaulted a police officer. Jamestown Police responded to the scene for a report of an unwanted woman on Sunday around 2:34 AM. Officers found that the woman, 33-year-old Eve Yea, was allegedly attempting to hit windows of the business with a large rock. When officers attempted to intervene, Yea allegedly failed to comply to lawful commands, and later resisted arrest and assaulted a police officer. Yea was transported to the Jamestown City Jail and charged with 2nd-degree assault, obstructing governmental administration, and resisting arrest.
