Opera House Presents 'An Evening with Lucas West' on August 28th

A SUNY Fredonia graduate who finished in third place during the last season of the NBC show "The Voice" is returning to his old stomping grounds later this month. Fredonia Opera House Executive Director Rick Davis says tickets are selling very quickly for "An Evening with Lucas West," which is set for Friday, August 28th. Davis, who was a guest on WDOE's "Viewpoint" program on Monday, says West will be joined by two familiar faces from Fredonia for the show...

West, a native of Fairport, graduated from Fredonia in May with a Bachelor of Arts degree in music and a concentration in jazz studies. During the competition on "The Voice," he worked closely with celebrity coaches John Legend, Adam Levine and Kelly Clarkson, gaining insight into the professional music industry.

Tickets are available at the Opera House Box Office or by phone at (716) 679-1891, Tuesday through Fridays from 12:00-4:30 PM. They can also be purchased online anytime at the Fredonia Opera House website.
