An investigation into a domestic incident led to the arrest of a Jamestown woman on child endangerment charges Monday evening. Jamestown Police responded to a residence on the city's north side at about 7:30 PM and discovered that 35-year-old Serina Penhollow allegedly allowed her three children to live in deplorable conditions. Officers say the home had a quantity of rotten food, accumulated trash built up, animal feces, and a plethora of bugs. Penhollow was sent to the Jamestown City Jail to be held pending arraignment on three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Police add that the three children were handed over to a relative, and Child Protective Services was notified.
