The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office has charged a Sheridan man after an investigation into a one-vehicle rollover crash that occurred nearly two months ago. Sheriff's deputies were called to the area of Route 20 and Route 39 during the afternoon of July 14th. The driver, 60-year-old Dale Prince, was transported by ambulance to Brooks Memorial Hospital for injuries. Further investigation found that he was allegedly intoxicated. Prince will appear in Sheridan Town Court to answer charges of DWI, moving from lane unsafely, and unregistered motor vehicle. Deputies were assisted at the scene by State Police, Sheridan Fire, and Alstar Ambulance.
