A woman from Cherry Creek faces a slew of charges following a vehicle complaint in the Town of Pomfret on Saturday. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say they received the complaint on Spoden Road shortly after 6:00 AM and located the vehicle, which was an RV motor home, and pulled it over. An investigation found that the driver, 33-year-old Caitlin Lupino, was allegedly intoxicated. Deputies took Lupino into custody and charged her with DWI, 3rd-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, no/insufficient tail lamps, no distinctive plates, operating without insurance, uninspected motor vehicle, moving from lane unsafely, failure to comply with a lawful order, visibility distorted/broken glass, and failure to cover loose cargo.
