Dunkirk Professional Firefighters Local 616 has announced that its members collected $6,000 during its annual Fill the Boot Drive. This year, the money collected will go to the Yard Foundation to help firefighters' families that have suffered tremendous losses and hardships, including deaths in the line of duty. Local firefighters volunteered their time to collect proceeds while the community generously donates.
