A Fredonia man is facing a Class B felony charge after an investigation found that he allegedly conspired with someone to commit a violent crime against another person. The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office says a grand jury indicted 28-year-old Dakota Wilson on September 28th on one count of 2nd-degree conspiracy. The Sheriff's Office was notified by the Chautauqua County District Attorney's Office in June about an incident involving Wilson while he was being held in the County Jail. Wilson is currently being held on $100,000 cash bail or $200,000 property bond.
