A Fredonia man was taken into custody after allegedly violating a full stay-away order of protection. The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office says an investigation conducted Monday by its Criminal Investigation Division alleges that 37-year-old Jonathan Tresler violated the order by contacting a juvenile victim. Tresler was located Wednesday morning and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail on charges of aggravated family offense and 2nd-degree criminal contempt.
