Jamestown Police arrested a man accused of damaging a vehicle following an argument. On Thursday around 5:55PM, Jamestown Police Officers responded to a west side address for a complaint. Officers found that 37-year-old Justin Mitchell had allegedly damaged the victim's vehicle after an argument. Mitchell was arrested and transported to the city jail without incident. He was charged with 2nd-degree criminal mischief and is held pending his arraignment in the Jamestown City Court.
