Ruth L. Master passed on to the Lord 11/16/11. She lived in Pensacola, Florida upon her death.
She was born to the late Otto and Bertha Hasenstab, December 7, 1929 in Buffalo, N.Y. She married the late Hercules T. Master Jr. at St. Michael's in Buffalo, August 23, 1952. Eventually, they moved to Fredonia, N.Y. and then to Oswego, N.Y. She retired with her beloved husband to Tampa, Florida and later moved to Pensacola following the death of her husband. She made friends where she lived. She was active with the schools her children attended.
She is predeceased by one daughter, Laurie (Bruce) Davis, her sister Adeline Hasenstab, her husband Hercules and her parents. She is survived by her children, Hercules T. (Becky) Master III, Linda (David) Parker, Dana (Richard) Woolley, Stacie (Richard) Hamilton and grandchildren Hercules Master IV, Steven Master, Anthony Master, Jenell (Parker) Humfleet, Ky Parker, Bryan Davis, Andrew Woolley, Jason Woolley, Cody Lonon and two great grandsons and nieces and nephews.
There are no calling hours. Services will be private with the family.
