Debra Ann Jenkins, 73, of Dunkirk passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2026 at the Chautauqua Nursing & Rehabiliation Center. Born on January 3, 1953 in Falls Church, VA, she was the wife of Thomas K. Boehm and daughter of John and Dolores (Simmons) Jenkins.
