A teenager from Irving was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop Sunday morning on Routes 5 and 20. Chautauqua County Sheriff's officers pulled over 18-year-old Alyssa Montour for multiple traffic infractions. Upon investigation, Montour was allegedly found to be in possession of pot. She was released with appearance tickets for Hanover Town Court.
