State troopers arrested a Jamestown man for DWI Saturday night after they discovered a vehicle in the intersection of East Second and Phillips Streets that was disabled due to significant front end damage. State Police in Jamestown say the driver, 24-year-old Travon Mitchell, was found to be intoxicated. He was transported to SP Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .16 percent according to troopers. Mitchell will appear in Jamestown City Court later this month.
