Two men have been charged with 3rd-degree criminal trespass after they were reportedly seen living in a hunting cabin in the Town of Harmony that did not belong to them. County sheriff's deputies were called to a location on Demming Road on November 11th and determined that 29-year-old Thomas Bascom of Kennedy and 26-year-old Luis Diaz-Vasquez of Celoron were trespassing on the property. Both were issued appearance tickets for Harmony Town Court.
