Fredonia Police say 20-year-old Jordan Coulon of Rochester has been charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and unlawful possession of marijuana and 18-year-old Storm George of Westfield has been charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of alcohol. Police also seized a quantity of marijuana, morphine pills and a hallucinogen common known as "Molly or Ecstasy" and a quantity of cash.
