A Sinclairville woman is facing resisting arrest and other charges following a roll-over crash near Sinclairville last Wednesday. State Police say they responded to the crash on Sinclair Drive, but didn't find anyone at the scene. Troopers later located the driver and vehicle owner, 36-year-old Kelly Berenguer, at her residence. Troopers says Berenguer became combative while being interviewed and subsequently placed under arrest. She is accused of pushing and kicking one of the troopers. Berenguer is facing charges of resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration 2nd, harassment 2nd, leaving the scene of an accident and speeding. She will appear in Charlotte Town Court at a later date.
