Three people were injured after a mishap involving an Amish buggy traveling on Clymer-Sherman Road around 8 am today. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say a passing vehicle apparently spooked the horse which ran out of control off the roadway. The buggy became separated from the runaway horse, injuring the three Amish occupants. The injured were treated by Sherman Fire Department personnel and transported to Hamot Medical Center in Erie. Deputies say the investigation is continuing.
