Authorities are investigating a two-vehicle accident that killed two people and injured two others in Cattaraugus County on Friday. According to Ellicottville Town Police, 60-year-old Clinton Krivulka of Conewango was traveling east on Route 242 in the Town of Ellicottville just after 3:30 PM, when he lost control of his vehicle and spun out into the opposite lane and struck a vehicle driven by 45-year-old Henry Williams of Chaffee. Krivulka and a 15-year-old passenger in his backseat were pronounced dead at the scene. A 16-year-old passenger in the front seat was sent to Bertrand Chaffee Hospital in Springville for head injuries and later taken to Women and Children's Hospital of Buffalo. Williams was treated and released at the scene, while a passenger in his vehicle was taken to Olean General Hospital for chest injuries. Ellicottville Police was assisted at the scene by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office, State Police, and Ellicottville and West Valley Fire.
