Two people escaped serious injury after a two-vehicle crash at the corner of Willow and Temple Roads in the town of Dunkirk Thursday afternoon. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say that 27-year-old Katie Caraballo of Fredonia was driving a vehicle on Temple Road when she allegedly failed to yield the right of way at the intersection. Her vehicle collided with a second vehicle driven by 65-year-old David Moran of Westfield, who was traveling on Willow Road when the crash occurred. Deputies say both drivers suffered very minor injuries and did not required medical attention. Caraballo was ticketed for failing to yield the right of way at a stop sign.
