Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies have arrested two Portland residents who were being sought by authorities in Pennsylvania on misdemeanor arrest warrants. 50-year-old Marshall Young and 29-year-old Laura Murray are facing fugitive from justice charges after they were picked up by deputies around 11:00 AM Wednesday while they were on patrol doing an area check on Ellicott Road. Both Young and Murray were arraigned in Portland Town Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail to await extradition to Pennsylvania.
