A Bemus Point woman is facing DWI related charges after Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies observed a vehicle parked in the roadway on Route 430 in the town of Ellery late Saturday night. Deputies say they found the driver, 33-year-old Megan March asleep behind the wheel of the running vehicle. After a brief investigation, they found that March was allegedly operating the vehicle in an intoxicated state. March has been charged with DWI Common Law, DWI Per Se and Parking on Highway. She was released to a sober party, to appear in Ellery Town Court at a later date.
