The man who played an important leadership role at the Mental Health Association in Chautauqua County is retiring. The MHA will be holding a reception on Friday afternoon, January 26 for Rick Huber, who served as an advocate, Board member, peer advocate, Executive Director, CEO and Director of New Programing. The public is invited to join elected officials and community leaders in celebrating Huber's accomplishments during the reception from 3-5 pm.
