Some bad news for another food processing plant in the north county. The decision by ConAgra to move most of the Carriage House's operations to its Fredonia plant will move forward. Chautauqua County IDA Director Bill Daly says the Dunkirk plant will be used for some Carriage House operations, but mainly for warehousing. Daly says one entire line was shut down, and about 100 employees will be moved to the Fredonia plant...
