A traffic stop early Saturday morning in the Town of Sheridan led to the arrest of a pair of Fredonia men on drug charges. A vehicle traveling on Route 20 was pulled over after State Police saw a cigarette butt being thrown out the passenger side window. The driver, 43-year-old David Holland, was found to be in possession of a smoking pipe with burnt marijuana residue. His passenger, 18-year-old Robert Kaczor, was found to be in possession of approximately 2 grams of cocaine, approximately 1.5 grams of marijuana, oxycontin, and oxymorphone tablets. Kaczor was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled Substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, and two counts of a controlled substance outside a prescribed container. Both Holland and Kaczor were issued appearance tickets for Sheridan Town Court.
